So is Your Old Lady

You’re slipping away, you’re losing your hold.

You’re losing your head, you’re losing control,

And so, so is your Old Lady.

Note:   The song, So is Your Old Lady, is performed by Ruth Etting 1927 recording.  Lyricist of this jazz ditty was Al Dubin. The image include scans of collage pieces and online Edwardian Wedding portrait.

    1. Thanks Sherry. I had to come up with an image to go with the song after listening to it multiple times. The Lyricist produced a number of songs that have become standards, this is not one of them. 😀
