  1. Your usual standards where texture and complexity are concerned, Joseph, though personally I prefer the first one — it feel more integral and even integrated while the second, being more deconstructed, I can appreciate without finding it satisfying. It’s me, not you… 😁

      Your analysis-comparison describes the differences quite well. Often, a sequence of transformation occurs over several images. So that one image appears to be breaking up as it prepares to reconstruct into another compositional phase. 🙂 Along the way, in my enthusiasm of modifying the composition, I don’t always save all the transitional points or outcomes. 😀
